Ball point pen on today's newsprint

Years ago I volunteered to take part in the National Geographic, Genographic Project. Which basically amounted to me swabbing the inside of my cheek for DNA. From the markers found in my saliva, I learned that my ancestors, as well as yours,  date back some 150,000 years ago to Africa.  Mine then migrated up through, what we now refer to as the Middle East and into central Asia, before heading west to Northern Spain and Ireland.

Fascinating stuff, so this morning my radar caught this story about what scientists have learned of the origins of Native Americans.
