If you live in a swing state, you've probably witnessed the two presidential candidates whipping their horses down the home stretch. Here in New Jersey, it's a lazy afternoon stroll in the park. Despite having a republican governor, New Jersey isn't really up for grabs. We haven't voted republican for president since Ronald Reagan won 49 states. It's also an expensive state to campaign in, given it straddles the New York and Philadelphia markets. Donna and I were watching the Republican National Convention last week and we noticed they were playing "I Want You To Want Me" on the convention floor between speeches.  Donna was clever to point out that the song was by Cheap Trick. Ha! The Democratic National Convention starts tonight. Can Obama secure a victory minus the enthusiasm of 08? Time will tell, in the meantime, what song will best define this election for Obama?
