It’s Hard to break through all the political chatter to figure out the ramifications of President Obama’s meeting with the President/Dictator of Venezuela. in the short term Chavez certainly has the most to gain and will milk every drop of propaganda out of shaking the hand of a US President. Will civility and graciousness pay any long term dividends? too soon to tell.
