Brace yourself for a heated NIMBY debate. As Obama signs an executive order to close the Guantanamo Bay detention center within a year, Republicans say the devil is in the details. Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius says her state doesn’t want any detainees and Minority Leader John Boehner filed a bill seeking to bar federal courts from ordering detainees be allowed into the United States.
