Issue one for Rick Lazio’s New York gubernatorial campaign is the planned Islamic Center near ground zero.

When you consider the the high rate of unemployment and the mounting red ink in Albany, is this a red herring?

    Wow–and quite a big issue with a lot of folks. I don’t envy anyone having to corral that one.
