With yesterdays win at Wimbledon, Federer has now won more Grand Slam titles than any other player in the history of mens tennis.

I feel really, really, REALLY sorry for Andy Roddick. No matter how great he plays, he just can not get past Federer. Rafael Nadal is the only player that I’ve seen really dominate Federer. Roger won his 14th and 15th Grand Slam without facing Nadal.

The seed system and the level of competition during any champions reign makes it difficult to say any player is the best of all time, but certainly Federer has to be considered one of the all time greats. I too like to see the underdog slay the giant, and Roddick gave a valliant effort.
