One note: Even though it's a very big insult in the Arab world, Bush wasn't offended. He joked "I didn't know what the guy said, but I saw his sole." He did what a lot of us would like to have done. Too bad he is going to loose his job and got beat up for expressing the opinion of the majority of the world. That certainly got Bush out of his cocoon of ignorance of the rest of the world feelings. As to the respect to give to the president he lost my respect a long time ago, doesn't deserve respect and has not given respect to anybody (torture) things (economy) the future president (refusing the use of Blair house) and the constitution.
